The Catenian Association is an international body of proudly Catholic laymen and permanent deacons who meet at least once a month in local groups called Circles, to enjoy each other's company and thereby strengthen their family life through friendship, faith and fun! It is open to practising Catholic laymen from the age of 18 years. Many of the Circles’ activities involve the members’ wives and families.

Provincial Ball
The Dunkenhalgh hotel near Accrington was the place to be last Saturday evening. Over 150 people attended the Provincial Ball some coming from as far away as London and Ireland. The theme was Black, White and Bling and whilst the room had been so decorated and the attendees suitably dressed the lighting as you will from the photos did not always conform. However it was a grand event and Brother Peter & Joan Western are to be congratulated for its organisation.
