Provincial President Terence Donnelly presented the
Arkwright Napkin Ring to Richard Hazeldine of Lytham St Annes Circle for his
visit to Colchester Circle. This was the
furthest distance travelled in the second quarter of this Catenian year. President Mike O’Malley watched the
proceedings.
