At the joint meeting of Blackburn with Ribble Valley and Burnley Circles Bro. Bernard Swarbrick of Burnley (and Broughton-in-Craven) Circles, and Provincial Chamberlain, received his 25-year scroll from Bro. Provincial President Jim Livesey, also of Burnley Circle.
