Itinerant Catenian

In his early Catenian life Bro. Tony Cafferty had to move around the country.  Starting in Upminster, Essex in 1965 he followed the advice ‘go west young man’, at least as far as Bath.  From there he moved north and joined North Lancashire Circle, his third and last.  As he moved he benefitted from instant friendships formed as he transferred to each new circle.  He served as Circle Treasurer for twelve of his 43 years as a Brother in the North Lancashire Circle.

The photograph shows Tony receiving his framed scroll recording 50 years membership of the Association from Bro. Director Mark Conroy.
