Incoming Provincial President Jim Livesey of Burnley Circle arranged for all the current Circle Vice Presidents to meet for Sunday lunch at Barton Grange. As you will see from the photograph most were able to attend. There was plenty of opportunity for all to meet their fellow Presidents and their ladies before and and after a splendid meal. Most have already served at least one term as Circle President but there are a few who haven't. All are looking forward to their year in office.
