Is John the youngest ever Circle President in Province 10?

Brother John Lord was installed as President of Preston & District Circle (144) at the April Circle Meeting.
John is under 50 years old and has been a member of the Circle  for four years. He is pictured here being congratulated by Provincial President, Robert Thompson.

Brother John's installation celebration was a family affair!
He was joined by his wife, Samantha and elder daughter, Rebecca, for the Circle Dinner at Bartle Hall.
