At 2 frames each, it all depended on the final frame. The atmosphere was tense, and eventually, at the end of the fifth frame, just the black ball was left, with all still to play for.
Fran, who, with cue in hand, has been compared to Alex Higgins before a bender, managed to double the black the length of the table to secure the win.
They were certainly dancing in the streets of Fulwood that night ...
