On Sunday 19 March Bro. Peter Western of Longridge and Preston Circles was installed as Provincial President for 2017-18 and Bro. Jim Livesey as his VP. Four new Provincial Councillors were also installed: Bros. Joe Carroll (Longridge), Ken Dennis (Preston South), John Jones (Blackburn with Ribble Valley and Mike Simpson (Preston & District) and Bro. Robert Thompson, IPPP, was appointed as Press & Marketing Officer. The photo below shows the members of the new Council who were there at the time the photo was taken.

After the excellent meal and speeches the Provincial President and the Circle Presidents-elect assembled at at the bar on the promise of a drink! Bro. Peter's wife Joan is standing at his right shoulder. We wish them all a successful year.
