Westmorland retain the Walter Manley trophy

Last contested in 1996, Westmorland and North Lancashire circles again vied for this piece of silverware with a quiz which Westmorland won.  The photograph shows the winning team of Mrs Myra McCraith, Bro. Len and Pamela Gee, and Bro. President Nick McCraith being presented with the ‘trophy’ by the quizmaster Bro. Tony Harrison.  However there is more to this story which, hopefully, will appear in full in Catena.
