At the splendid St George's Night Dinner Dance organised by Blackburn with Ribble Valley Circle, the last event in the Catenian year 2018-19, out-going Provincial President Jim Livesey was presented with a crystal decanter and four glasses by Bro. (ex President) Ken Tyson on behalf of the Circle Presidents of 2018-19 in recognition of his commitment during his term in office.
I thank the photographer for his gallant effort in taking the photo, the presentation was made late in the evening!!!
